Who can enter salary negotiation?
It uses the same account as the daily game, but rights are tracked separately. Click each heading below to walk through the flow step by step.
New round
Starting a new salary negotiation round consumes one right. You start with one right; after finishing, you can earn rights through daily win streaks or profile promotion (each new tier grants +1 right).
Career
Fifteen levels, one ladder.
Titles progress in order with no skipping. The system promotes by at most one level per update. Promotion requirements are gathered in a single profile checklist. Pixel character cards visualize levels, with demotion and investment summaries below.

Title levels
Titles are grouped into five bands below. The top-right badge on each card shows your career tier: 1 is the lowest level, 15 is the highest. To move up, you must satisfy all promotion requirements in the profile at the same time. Round and persuasion counts are lifetime totals, not daily values.

How does promotion work?
The system checks all metrics below at once. Even one missing condition blocks the next level; the profile checklist shows exactly what is missing.
- Total persuasion count
- Total persuasion points (profile + games)
- Longest recorded streak
- Net salary (effective amount)
- Completed salary negotiation rounds
Demotion and salary
Inactivity

Based on Istanbul calendar, if you did not finish a game since your last terminal result, nightly check can demote one level (around 00:10).
Rejection streak
3 terminals
If terminals close without persuasion consecutively, you drop one level again. Finishing a game means persuade, reject, or three messages.
On demotion, active salary is updated to 5,000 TL below the entry threshold of one level above your new tier (not below zero). A demotion record is added to history. Higher promotions stay locked until you persuade once in the daily game.
Profile shows current title and peak title separately; rankings and negotiation use active salary.
Investment and active title
Buying and selling lots requires at least Uzman Yardımcısı, and founding/listing a company requires at least Genel Müdür. Checks always use your current tier; no legacy title exemption. During demotion, new trades are blocked while existing positions stay.

Your profile has a career box showing your current tier and what comes next. The key point here is investment thresholds: once you reach Genel Müdür, you can found and list a company. Listed companies trade on the shared market visible to everyone. To buy or sell lots, you need at least Uzman Yardımcısı. See investment rules for short exceptions and numeric details. Promotions are calculated from total metrics, and each update can move you up by at most one tier.
What happens in practice for investment?
- To buy and sell lots, you must be at least Uzman Yardımcısı at that moment.
- To open a new listing, you need Genel Müdür at that moment.
- Your founder share in your own company is calculated by issued lots. The cap after a new buy is 25 percent. Fine details are in investment rules.
- You can see what is missing step by step in the career section of your profile.
When buying lots
To buy and sell lots, you must be at least Uzman Yardımcısı at that moment. If your tier drops, no new trade can be made, but your existing position remains.
When opening listing
To found and list a new company, you must be at least Genel Müdür at that moment.
Your share in your company
As founder, your share in your own company is calculated based on issued lots. The cap after a new buy is 25 percent. We currently do not batch-correct old overages; see investment rules for full details.
